Lo-Pro Sight

This sight comes in two thread sizes. 8-40 for Marlin Lever Actions and
6-48 for almost all other firearms that are drilled and tapped for scope mounting.

Sabatti_A

The Low Profile 8-40 Sight fits all marlin rifles and usually works with the factory front sight. Elevation adjustment is made by turning the stem and locking it in place with the knurled lock nut. It has no windage adjustment other than that offered by drifting the front sight. It mounts in any of the drilled and tapped holes on top of the receiver.

This sight comes standard with a .096" aperture.  Other size apertures are available on our
Apertures page located on the sidebar.

The sight is made of either Brass , Stainless Steel or Blued Steel.

The Lo-Pro 6-48 is a very versitile sight that fits almost any firearm with a
6-48 mounting hole. (Common on almost all guns)

This is one of the sights we recommend for the Mossberg 464 rifles.
Both of our Mossberg aperture sights will work with the factory front sight.

The Lo-Pro sight has a rubber o-ring under the locking ring to prevent damage to the receiver when the locking ring is secured.

This sight measures .275" from the top of the reciver to the center of the aperture at the lowest setting.

Dr. Skinner started producing this sight January 21, 2008 and added it to this website at the same time.  This simple design has proven itself over many years as a simple/universal way to add a rugged, low sight to the rear of almost any rifle.

We do supply this sight to another vendor and are happy to warranty the sights sold under their name.  We do not manufacture any "adapters" for use with this sight.
